Interaction Recruitment in Northampton is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to specialise in the Industrial sector.

You will own and grow your own client and candidate portfolio across warehousing, manufacturing and logistics, winning new business, sourcing operatives, and managing end-to-end recruitment with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have recruitment experience, ideally in industrial, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle fast-turnaround, high-volume recruitment.
• Confidently communicate with site managers, operations directors and candidates.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow your own client and candidate portfolio across the industrial sector.
• Win new business with warehouses, manufacturers, logistics hubs and production facilities.
• Source and qualify operatives, pickers, packers, forklift drivers, and production staff quickly.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from urgent, same-day requests to longer-term contracts.
• Build a reliable candidate network you can call on instantly.
• Negotiate rates and terms that work for clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance – right to work, inductions, site requirements.
• Aim to smash weekly and monthly billing targets.
