Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited invites Industrial Placement Students to join our Crewe campus for hands-on experience in visitor operations and marketing support. You will help deliver visitor experiences, manage content across digital channels, and assist with events, bookings and front-of-house activities.

Based at our Dream Factory campus, the role includes mentorship from the Early Careers team, exposure to CSR and community activities, and opportunities to rotate across business areas while

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 in Marketing, Events, Business Studies, Communications or similar.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities.
• Awareness of digital marketing and content management.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Visitor Experience operations, including reception duties, boutique sales, visitor enquiries, tour bookings, events and front‑of‑house activities.
• Manage and maintain marketing content across digital channels, including the website, social media, digital screens and promotional materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, support key projects and identify opportunities to improve customer and operational processes.
• Maintain customer data, reporting, purchase orders and administrative processes to support efficient day‑to‑day operations.

About the role:

As an Industrial Placement Student at Bentley, you will play a key part in Bentley’s journey to extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state‑of‑the‑art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

Support the delivery and continuous enhancement of Bentley’s Visitor Experience by combining customer-facing operations with marketing, communications and administrative support.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the delivery of Visitor Experience operations, including reception duties, boutique sales, visitor enquiries, tour bookings, events and front‑of‑house activities.
• Manage and maintain marketing content across digital channels, including the website, social media, digital screens and promotional materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, support key projects and identify opportunities to improve customer and operational processes.
• Maintain customer data, reporting, purchase orders and administrative processes to support efficient day‑to‑day operations.

About the Department:

The Visitor Experience team plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for Bentley customers, visitors and retailers. Through the management of tours, events, and customer engagement activities, the team showcases the Bentley brand and products, creating memorable experiences that support product sales and purchasing decisions and contribute to commercial objectives, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the visitor journey.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Marketing, Events, Business Studies, communications or similar fields.

• Digital marketing and content management awareness.
