Job summary

Leonardo is offering an Industrial Placement for a Supportability Engineer to work on real-world projects across Sea, Land, Air and Space domains. You will be involved from initial design through to in-service support and benefit from day-to-day guidance, on-the-job training, and targeted development to achieve technical excellence.

The role requires a predicted 2:2 in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar STEM field, with opportunities to apply coding and problem-solving skills in a

Qualifications

Minimum predicted 2:2 in a relevant degree discipline. Preferred degrees include Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or other STEM subjects.
Experience in coding/programming and relevant project work.
Ability to solve problems as part of a team and apply science/tech knowledge to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

Involved in all aspects of design and development from initial product design through to in-service support.
Assist with analysis, preparation and delivery of Supportability Engineering activities across multiple projects.
Work on real engineering problems across Sea, Land, Air and space domains with day-to-day guidance and on-the-job training.
