Collaboration is fundamental to this role, requiring close partnership with cross-functional teams—including General Managers, and the VP Industrial Sales—to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and delivery of customer-driven solutions. This leader will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling new Industrial X-ray products and solutions —including imaging bundles, photon counting detectors, and microfocus X-ray sources—while ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and strong internal synergy across key business stakeholders.## Job Description**Key Responsibilities*** New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the marketing and solution strategy for new Industrial product launches, including X-ray component bundles, photon counting technologies and microfocus X-ray sources* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. Identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to inform portfolio direction.* Solution Development: Spearhead the creation and development of innovative Industrial imaging solutions including X-ray component bundles, photon counting technologies and microfocus X-ray sources, ensuring they meet market demands and are ahead of industry trends.* Product Requirement Definition: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and technology advancements to define clear, actionable product requirements for new Industrial offerings.* Value Proposition Development: Craft and refine unique value propositions for new Industrial products and solutions, highlighting their competitive advantages and aligning them with the needs and expectations of the target customer segments.* Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Definition: Define and execute the Industrial solution roadmap in alignment with Varex’s strategic initiatives and in close collaboration with the business units.
