We are currently searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of preparing the plan for production.

Responsibilities
Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for fabricating, installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as grounds and structures, to maximize equipment productivity and safety in a production facility.
- Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment as defined by OEM manual or assigned by supervisor.
- Perform mechanic skills on mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all equipment within the department to quickly and efficiently repair any equipment breakdowns and/or issues.
- Troubleshoot machine or equipment malfunctions and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors, other maintenance team members and operators to diagnose problems and/or to repair machines.
- Follow inspection and repair schedules.
- Operate a cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Set up and operate machine tools such as grinders, drills, and saw machines to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
- Work and communicate with Engineers to assist in design and construction of new equipment.
- Maintain flexibility with regard to work scheduling needs.
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years in related maintenance field
