Industrial Maintenance Electrician (3-month contract) – Matlock

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting.

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a 3-month contract based with our client in Matlock.

Immediate start available (Subject to interview process).

Rates of Pay

• £24.00 per hour – First 8 hours Monday to Friday
• £28.00 per hour – After 8 hours Monday to Friday & Saturdays
• £32.00 per hour – Sundays & Bank Holidays

This will be a day shift Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and the occasional weekend depending on workload.

This role involves mainly heavy industrial maintenance work in a medium to heavy engineering environment on industrial equipment. A background in industrial maintenance work is essential and must be evidenced on your CV.

Key Experience Requirements

• Experience of diagnosing faults on 3‑phase motors
• Motor control, inverters
• PLC understanding – primarily to diagnose faults, interrogate inputs and outputs
• Relay logic and an understanding of electrical schematics associated with machine tools
