Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a mid-level Architectural Designer to contribute to state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor-related projects. You will work within our European Electronics Architectural team, delivering 2D/3D designs in Revit, performing quality reviews, and coordinating across engineering disciplines to meet tight deadlines.

You should bring 5+ years of design experience in the industrial/advanced technology sector, strong English skills, familiarity with BIM

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector.
• Experience using REVIT and BIM.
• Knowledge of architectural design standards and building regulations.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to interact with engineering disciplines, clients and vendors at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform architectural design work across multiple disciplines in 2D/3D design systems.
• Perform quality reviews of 2D/3D modelling and architectural deliverables.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, electrical and process disciplines to develop designs.
• Produce construction documents under senior Architect supervision.
• Provide guidance to junior designers on projects.
• Field activities such as surveys and design verification.
