Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Science.

• Knowledge of standard Industrial Engineering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work standards for direct labor and machine cycles.
• Perform time studies, line balancing and capacity analysis.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects using lean methods.
• Ensure operations meet customer requirements and ISO/IATF procedures.
