The role requires a time-served electrical apprenticeship and proven industrial experience. Shifts rotate with days, afternoons, and nights; Sundays are usually free. Competitive package with slightly enhanced overtime available.

The Weekends: No Saturday shifts on this rota. Two Sundays in three are free, and the third starts at 10pm when nights begin.

What Youll Be Doing as the Industrial Electrician Youll be working on electrical fault-finding, planned maintenance, breakdown support, and improvement projects across a busy manufacturing site in South Wales. This is a role for an Industrial Electrician who enjoys keeping production equipment running, getting stuck into plant issues, and working with a mix of modern automation and traditional machinery. As the Industrial Electrician on shift, youll have input into strengthening the planned maintenance programme and helping improve reliability across the site.
