Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Technician for an established manufacturing site in Inverness, Scotland. The role covers reactive and preventative electrical maintenance on automated equipment, with full training provided.

You will work Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm in a shift-based, supportive environment. Salary ranges from £46,000 to £48,000 with a £50k OTE potential, plus healthcare, tailored training, flexible working, and 1.5x overtime.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance technician with manufacturing/industrial background.
• Willing to undergo full training and development.
• Shift-based role with regular time off and benefits.
