Job summary

TDRS Recruitment Limited is hiring an Industrial Door Engineer to service, maintain, and repair industrial door systems and loading bay equipment across the UK.

You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, perform basic wiring, and identify additional sales opportunities while working with a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing industrial door systems (sectional doors, speed doors, roller shutters).
• Experience servicing loading bay equipment (dock levellers, dock shelters, wheel locks, traffic light systems).
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than six points.
• An up to date CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• The service, maintenance, and repair of industrial door systems such as sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.
• The service, maintenance, and repair of loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, dock shelters, wheel locks, traffic light systems, and more.
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault finding.
• Basic electrical wiring.
• Identifying additional sales opportunities.

Salary: GBP30000 - GBP36000 per annum + Commission & Bonus

Market leading loading bay equipment manufacturer looking to increase headcount, targeting an additional nine Engineers in various locations spread across the UK due to a surge in national contracts. Basic Salary Upto £36,000 25 days holiday + bank holidays £250 per week callout fee ( 1 in 5)

As an Industrial Door Engineer will you be responsible for:

• The service, maintenance, and repair of industrial door systems such as sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.
• The service, maintenance, and repair of loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, dock shelters, wheel locks, traffic light systems, and more.
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault finding.
• Basic electrical wiring.
• Identifying additional sales opportunities.

To be considered for this Industrial Door Engineer opportunity, you will need:

• Previous experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial door systems such as sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.
• Previous experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, dock shelters, wheel locks, and traffic light systems.
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than six points.
• An up to date CSCS Card.
