Industrial Disease Solicitor - Remote UL
Disease Litigation Solicitor / Fee Earner - This recognised national firm is looking for an experienced Industrial Disease litigator. Ideal candidates should have file handling experience of a variety of disease claims.

Overview

• Job Title: Team Leader

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Working In The Team
This is a well-established and respected team that acts for a wide range of insurers in relation to various industrial disease claims.

The successful applicant will handle a variety of Employer's Liability & Public Liability Disease claims, including respiratory and lung diseases, skin diseases, vibration injuries, and occupational cancers, including asbestos-related diseases.

The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates. Experience in disease claims is highly desirable.
