G2 Legal Limited is working with a leading Legal 100 firm to hire a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor for the Plymouth, Devon office. The role focuses on managing industrial disease matters for ex/military personnel, progressing claims through litigation.

You will work with counsel and experts, attend hearings, and support trainees within a well-regarded national firm offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience running an industrial disease caseload is essential.
• Liaison with counsel, medical experts and other professionals is required.
• Ability to progress claims from pre-action to settlement or trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of claimant industrial disease files.
• Progress claims from pre-action stage through to resolution or trial.
• Liaise with counsel, medical experts and other professionals.
• Attend hearings where appropriate and support settlement discussions.
• Assist in supervising trainees and paralegals.
