You will manage your own claimant multi-track caseload, conduct investigations, obtain documents, and prepare witness statements, while attending trials. The role also offers involvement in business networking and team supervision within the department.

Jobbeschreibung

A leading South Wales practice is seeking to appoint a specialist Solicitor to handle industrial disease claims related diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Claimant multi-track matters, where your duties will include carrying out investigations, obtaining documents, preparing witness statements and attending trials.

In addition to fee earning activities, you will have the opportunity to partake in the business networking initiatives and team supervision of the department, building successful relationships with asbestos support groups, nurses and trade unions etc.
