You will deliver accredited training, assess needs, induct learners, and maintain learner records.

Responsabilités

• Deliver training to prisoners focusing on industrial cleaning and related skills.
• Induct learners and assess their learning needs, aiming to meet accreditation requirements.
• Maintain learner records and Individual Learning Plans and monitor progress.
• Promote health and safety awareness, COSHH, machinery and tools handling in workshops.
• Support learners' career opportunities and resettlement where possible.
• Supervise discipline and ensure security, safety and decency within workshop areas.
