Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking Specialist Cleaning Operatives for predominantly night work in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Roles involve jet washing, high-level cleaning, and operating as a two-person team on commercial sites.

Typical hours are 8pm–6am Monday to Thursday, with potential overtime and nights away. Full UK driving licence is required; training will be provided where needed.

Specialist Cleaning Operatives - Night Work

Location: Milton Keynes / Surrounding Area

Salary: £15.50 per hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday days & nights , typically 8pm-6am

MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE

We are currently recruiting for 2 Specialist Cleaning Operatives to join a growing team working on a new contract across the North East / Jarrow area.

This is predominantly night-time specialist cleaning, working as part of a small team. The role will involve a range of specialist cleaning duties, including jet washing, high-level window cleaning and high-level vacuuming.

The Role

• Working Monday to Thursday nights, generally 8pm-6am
• Carrying out specialist cleaning across commercial sites
• Jet washing and pressure cleaning
• High-level window cleaning
• High-level vacuuming
• Working safely at height where required
• Working closely with another operative as part of a 2-person team
• Occasional daytime work may be required depending on client requirements
• Some overnight stays may be required from time to time

About You

We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable with predominantly night-time work and working as part of a small team.

Previous experience in specialist cleaning, industrial cleaning, jet washing, high-level cleaning or similar environments would be beneficial, although full training can be provided for the right candidates.
