Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Northern Ireland is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through relationship-based selling of essential products such as bearings and power transmission components. The role involves account management of existing customers and business development, requiring a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position offers up to 25 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, maintenance or industrial operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities.
  • Schedule on-site visits to build relationships with customers.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Prepare detailed quotations with accurate pricing.
  • Identify new customers in assigned territory or industry sectors.
