Job summary

Evercore seeks an Associate for its Industrials Advisory team in London. You will work on live mandates from day one, playing a meaningful role in execution across a global deal flow while collaborating with senior bankers and clients.

The role entails leading financial modelling (DCF, LBO, comps), producing pitch books and board presentations, coordinating cross-border transactions, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to client discussions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investment banking experience with exposure to Industrials.
• Exceptional financial modelling skills – rigorous and accurate under pressure.
• Degree from a leading university.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Produce pitch books, information memoranda, and board presentations.
• Coordinate cross-border deal execution with legal, technical, and counterparty advisers.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to client discussions.
• Engage with global deal flow across products and geographies.
