Identify, implement, monitor and evaluate technical H&S, short term and long term vocational qualifications to maximise growth and workforce development: Liaising & advising all department heads on training and compliance. Reviewing and updating the training matrix. Planning courses and organising attendance. Manage Logistics and plan all training bookings, invitations resources etc. Co-ordinate training identification, booking, room booking, joining instructions, itinerary, certification management etc. Support with staff onboarding and induction packs. Maintain relationships with City & Guilds, CITB, NEBOSH, IOSH, CPCS, NPORSand various other training organisations. Managing training supplier lists and costs. Competency management ensuring all disciplines have the correct qualification andtraining. Claim back of grants and course under the CITB Levy. Raising purchase orders and call offs for payment and invoicing. Maintenance of the training coordination tracker. Using electronic training systems to track individual competence. Collecting and collating statistical information. Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities. Ordering training supplies and materials to enhance the instruction programme.
