The role requires a PhD in atmospheric science or a closely related field, with expertise in atmospheric measurements and data analysis. You will operate sensors, design measurement studies and collaborate across teams within a collaborative innovation environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or near completion in atmospheric science or closely related discipline.
• Specialist knowledge of atmospheric composition measurements and their application to indoor or outdoor air quality.
• Experience designing atmospheric measurement studies.
• Experience in quantitative data processing, quality assurance, analysis and interpretation.
• Understanding of the physical and chemical processes influencing indoor air quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead indoor air quality research in retrofit environments.
• Design experimental protocols for evaluating retrofit products and ventilation systems.
• Undertake measurements in Energy House facilities and project locations.
• Deploy, operate and maintain sensor systems and research-grade atmospheric instrumentation.
• Collaborate with the Research Associate in Sustainable Materials to integrate evidence.
