Randstad Education is recruiting for an Individual Needs Assistant (SEN) at a respected independent specialist school in the UK. The role involves 80% 1:1 support for SEN learners with profound needs and 20% time in small groups, within a team delivering a tailored curriculum for pupils aged 6–19.

The school operates 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM during term-time. The post is full-time and permanent, with a clear commitment to high-quality teaching resources and strong leadership.

With around 110 pupils, the school offers a personalised and supportive environment. They are currently seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (SEN) to join their primary team on a full-time, term-time only basis (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

As part of this role, you will spend 80% of your time supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 basis, with the remaining time working in small groups. Experience and confidence in working with children who have profound needs are essential.
