Job summary

Brighton Aldridge Community Academy is seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to support students with additional needs and help them thrive academically and personally.

You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in delivering inclusive learning, encourage positive behaviour, monitor progress, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every student can succeed.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring progress and collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
