Job summary

Randstad NV is recruiting an Individual Needs Assistant for a leading SEN school in Horsham. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group support for learners with SEN and complex needs within a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports student development.

The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with full training and ongoing support from a friendly senior leadership team. The position starts ASAP, and applicants will go through a three‑stage interview process.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare, teaching assistant or care experience (Must be able to provide references).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
