Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President-level VAT adviser based in London. You will support the EMEA Securities Services business, providing VAT guidance across the region.

Responsibilities include advising on VAT treatment of products and services, overseeing tax compliance, and coordinating with senior stakeholders across finance, legal and product teams. A Big 4 background and UK/EU VAT expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant field.
• ICAEW/CTA or equivalent indirect tax qualification.
• VAT advisory experience at Manager level in Big 4 or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU VAT principles and issues.

Responsibilities

• Understand products delivered by Securities Services to clients across EMEA.
• Advise on VAT treatment across EMEA and VAT obligations.
• Advise on VAT treatment of services within the operating model.
• Oversee and participate in tax compliance for the business.
• Collaborate with business leadership, product, billing, finance, legal, tax, and advisers.
• Liaise with the VAT Team on cross-cutting issues.
