Our client is hiring an Indirect Tax Transformation Lead to modernise and scale their indirect tax capabilities. You will partner with enterprise stakeholders to drive adoption of digital indirect tax solutions, improve processes, and deliver measurable value. Joining a fast‑growing, energetic startup supporting high‑profile tech clients, this is a newly created role with real influence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead implementation and adoption of indirect tax technology solutions.
• Recommend best‑practice strategies to maximise usage, outcomes, and value.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors across enterprise clients.
• Identify opportunities for growth through upsell and cross‑sell pathways.
• Relay customer insights to product and leadership teams to shape future enhancements.

About You

• 5+ years in indirect tax, process improvement, or tax operations.
• Strong understanding of indirect tax processes, technology, and transformation.
• Excellent communicator able to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, scale‑ups, or high‑growth technology environments.
• Exposure to enterprise‑level or high‑profile tech clients.
• Experience with API‑first or digital tax solutions.
