Job summary

Red Bull UK is looking for a Procurement Manager based in London to lead indirect procurement across multiple categories and drive value through supplier relationships, data insights, and process improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Facilities, you will own category strategies, ensure policy compliance, and deliver cross-functional initiatives including SAP Ariba and Master Vendor implementations. A strong FMCG background and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations or similar operational role.
Stakeholder management (internal and external) & cross-functional collaboration.
Strong negotiating experience and cross functional problem solving.
Experience in data analysis with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/visualisation tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, or PowerBI).
Experience in using SAP Ariba or other technology or cloud-based procurement or supply-chain systems.
Strong time management, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
Proven track record of delivering cost efficiencies.
Experience of FMCG environment.
Pro-active and enquiring mind - ability to identify opportunities across the business.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across key indirect categories.
Develop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and deliver overarching category plan that delivers reduced risk, improved value and better business outcomes.
Monitor category trends and grow category network to deliver innovation and optimisation.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations within owned categories.
Sustainability: lead fleet & travel contributions to Net-zero goals and ESG initiatives.
Procure-to-pay: lead projects including Master Vendor implementation.
Data: create insights and reports to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Systems: identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
