A leading aerospace company in Gloucester is looking for an Indirect Commodity Manager to oversee purchasing for multiple commodities. The role requires strategic thinking and engagement with senior stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong background in purchasing methodologies and indirect purchasing experience. Working within the Safran UK Purchasing team, the Indirect Commodity Manager will lead and facilitate the purchases of one (or more) commodities. You'll need to be a strategic thinker and enjoy forging relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders (internal & external) to achieve commercially viable, sustainable, partnerships for your commodity/commodities! You’ll work alongside other Commodity Managers, and the wider Purchasing team, to lead, facilitate, and complete a variety of high profile projects for an ever evolving business landscape.
