This full-time role involves managing a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse victims experiencing stalking. The ideal candidate will have frontline experience and a strong understanding of safeguarding principles. Training may be provided for the right candidate. Competitive salary offered within the range of £23,809.50 - £25,838.68.

Qualifications

• Frontline experience working with high-risk domestic abuse and stalking victims.
• Experience of managing a caseload, including risk assessments, needs assessments and support planning.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles for children and adults.
• Knowledge of domestic abuse and stalking dynamics and their impact on victims.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality service, managing a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse victims experiencing stalking.
• Support victims of stalking using evidence-based methods to identify risk.
• Provide practical guidance and safety advice to those experiencing harassment.
• Refer to relevant agencies and participate in the Multi-agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC).
• Assist with awareness-raising campaigns, training, and events.
