Legal Southwest Ltd, a well-established South West law firm, is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy property team. You will manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion and enjoy a supportive, friendly environment.

The role covers freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will provide clear client guidance, maintain excellent client care, liaise with agents and lenders, and work

Qualifications

• Proven track record in residential conveyancing.
• Experience independently managing a varied caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent client care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage own busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide clear and practical advice to clients throughout their transaction.
• Maintain excellent levels of client care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and other parties involved in transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues across the department.
• Support other fee earners when required.
• Maintain accurate files and progress matters efficiently using a case management system.
