Job summary

InPost is seeking independent subcontractors to deliver parcels across the UK. Service Partners will operate within a defined district, owning their own van (3.5 tonnes) or leading a small driver team with fleet and insurance. Full UK/EC/EEA licence and right to work are required, with six days of delivery per week.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining service levels, vehicle upkeep, and driver pay where applicable, while expanding your own delivery operation.

Qualifications

• Must have your own 3.5 tonne van.
• Or have your own team of drivers and fleet of vans with insurance.
• Limited Company registered.
• Full UK or EC/EEA valid driver’s licence and right to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to customers accurately and on time within a defined district.
• Unload, scan, and load parcels at the service centre and on the road.
• Manage and grow your own delivery business as a self-employed partner.
• Support drivers to ensure consistent six days-a-week delivery performance.
