Job summary

EVO Group is hiring a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Birtley. You’ll be responsible for delivering goods to customers on a Monday to Friday schedule, with the independence of managing your own route and the support of our operations team.

You should be reliable, friendly, and able to handle a 3.5-tonne Transit-style van. Daily vehicle checks, loading with a handheld scanner, and providing excellent customer service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Punctual, approachable, and a great communicator.
• Willing to adapt and take on overtime when needed, with a good sense of humour.
• Confident driving a 3.5-tonne Transit-style van.
• Able to meet the physical demands of a multi-drop role, including lifting and carrying.
• Looking for a long-term, stable role within a supportive and growing company.

Responsibilities

• Delivering with Care: Efficiently deliver a variety of goods to customers, ensuring a positive experience every time.
• Representing the Brand: Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times, both on the road and at the doorstep.
• Vehicle Checks: Carry out daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and legal compliance.
• Loading with Precision: Accurately load your van each morning using a handheld scanner and ensure all items are secure.
