Qualifications

• Hold a relevant mortgage qualification such as CeMAP.
• Able to satisfy FCA's Fit and Proper test.
• Experience not necessary as full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and explain the fact find process.
• Assess client needs to find the best product.
• Advise on ancillary matters such as Solicitors and Life Cover.
• Assess affordability for clients.
• Advise on all aspects of mortgages and various schemes.
