Job summary

A leading advocacy support provider in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated individual to deliver Independent Mental Health Advocacy services. The role involves supporting vulnerable adults and/or children regarding their medication and rights. Candidates should have experience working with vulnerable populations and be able to work collaboratively with health professionals. A driving license is required, and the position is full-time with a starting salary of £24,725.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with vulnerable adults and/or children in health or social care.
• Understanding of intra-agency collaboration with Health and Social Care professionals.
• Driving license and access to a car during working week.

Responsibilities

• Provide support relating to medication, treatment, and care.
• Deliver duty advocacy as part of a rota, including occasional Saturdays.
• Offer Independent Mental Health Advocacy Service to Welsh Qualifying Patients.
