A leading supported housing provider in Preston is looking for an Independent Living Skills Coach. You will support individuals who have experienced homelessness, helping them to build trust and live independently. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and empathy, and be willing to work night shifts. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including clients, staff, and local neighbours.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rota basis.
• Passionate and energetic in promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Work with people who have experienced homelessness to support their integration.
• Build trust and assess needs of clients to help them live independently.
• Encourage participation in social and leisure programmes.
