Job summary

Compass Community Limited seeks an enthusiastic Independent Psychotherapist with a Creative Modality, based in or around Surrey, to support children in the care system. You will work with trauma, attachment and loss theories, delivering bespoke assessments, individual therapy, group therapy and mindful interventions for those with neurodiversity or learning disabilities.

You will collaborate with our team, attend Team Around the Child meetings, and maintain high standards of safeguarding,

Qualifications

• Minimum of Level 4 Therapeutic Qualification
• Registration with an approved professional body
• Minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience with Children and Young People
• Clinical supervisor in place externally
• Enhanced DBS
• Strong report-writing skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Flexibility and creativity in therapeutic techniques
