A community advocacy organization in Birmingham seeks an Independent Advocate to empower clients in health and social care decisions. Responsibilities include providing high-quality advocacy, maintaining case management, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, IT proficiency, and attention to detail. This role offers a starting salary of £24,242.40 and benefits including 25 days annual leave and a healthcare plan.

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Location: Home based with travel around the Birmingham area.
(Applicants should live in the Birmingham area; have a full driver’s licence and access to their own transport.)
You will be expected to take a flexible approach and may need to commute outside your specified borough – mileage will be covered at the rate specified in our mileage policy.
Salary: Starting salary £24,242.40 per annum.
Contract Type: Permanent.
