Job summary

Suffolk County Council recruiting an Independence and Wellbeing Practitioner for the Ipswich and East Home First Team, based at Riduna Park, Woodbridge. The role focuses on promoting independence and wellbeing for adults at home, through personalised support, assessments, and collaborative planning with families and partners.

The post offers hybrid working, 37 hours per week, permanent contract, and a salary of £29,542 per annum (pro rata for part time).
