What You’ll Do
  • Provide short-term or long-term classroom cover across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain engaged and on track
  • Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings and teaching styles
  • Support schools in maintaining learning continuity during staff absences
