A leading educational institution in Central Bedfordshire is seeking an Incuba Business Manager to manage leased offices and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities support and strong communication skills. This permanent position offers a salary between £29,000 and £37,000, based on experience, and includes benefits such as a pension and professional development opportunities.
Location: Central Bedfordshire College – The Incuba – Dunstable
Salary/Benefits: £29,000 – £37,000 per annum (pro‑rata) depending on experience and qualifications. Includes people's pension, retail and leisure discounts, and excellent professional and personal development opportunities with access to college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 30 hours per week – 36 weeks per year. Successful candidate will also be required to work 8 hours per week during non‑term time weeks.
Contract Type: Permanent – Term Time. This is a UK‑based contract; you must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.
As an Incuba Business Manager you play a vital role in the success of our students, supporting the Catering and Hospitality department at The Bedford College Group.

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
