  • Prepare and maintain accurate touring product, supplier, itinerary, departure, availability and pricing information across relevant systems and sales channels.
  • Complete accurate mapping and enabling of new and existing touring products, checking rates, content and images and coordinating the resolution of associated issues.
  • Support the review of trading conditions and sales performance, highlighting trends, opportunities and barriers to sale and helping agreed actions to be delivered.

  • Work with internal contracting, ground service and commercial teams to support supplier and brand requirements and maintain a flow of market-leading or exclusive offers.
  • Build effective working relationships with touring operators, DMCs and other suppliers, following up offers, content, operational information and actions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and resolve touring product, brochure and system issues, including sales queries and barriers to booking, through professional cross-departmental working.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries promptly and accurately, escalating commercial, contractual or operational matters when appropriate.
