Job Description:

Are you a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for an Income Team Leader (Direct Debits) to join our friendly and hardworking team!

This position can be based from either or Eastleigh or Yeovil office.

In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for managing all things Direct Debit – from setting them up and making changes, to monitoring payments and resolving queries. You’ll help ensure our income direct debit processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the business and our customers.

You’ll need experience in income or finance-related roles (Direct Debits knowledge is a big plus!) and a solid understanding of working with financial systems and data. A good knowledge of excel is essential. Leadership experience or the ability to motivate and guide a team is key – we’re looking for someone who leads by example and brings out the best in others.

You’ll be a great communicator, comfortable speaking with colleagues across different teams, as well as customers when needed. Organisation and accuracy are a must, along with a positive, can-do attitude.
