Hyde is looking for an Income Services Officer to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long‑term development.

As an Income Services Officer at Hyde, you will play a key role in managing the prevention and recovery of rent arrears and other debts across a designated patch. You will work directly with residents to provide advice, support and interventions that help them sustain their tenancies and maximise their income.

Key Duties
  • Recover rent arrears and service charges from an assigned account patch.
  • Respond to all resident correspondence relating to the management of their account.
  • Offer money management advice to support residents in prioritising rent and service charge payments and reducing arrears.
  • Provide guidance on benefits and welfare entitlements, ensuring residents receive appropriate referrals to maximise income.
  • Represent Hyde professionally at court hearings when required.
  • Refer cases to internal teams or external agencies where more in‑depth support is needed.
