Overview

We are an oversubscribed and highly successful 11-19 academy in East Oxford. We are seeking an experienced administrator to support students, teachers and our pastoral support teams with a wide range of issues. Supporting the academy through the accurate and efficient completion of administration tasks related to our provisions for vulnerable students, including PP, CWCF, SEN and EAL students.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and should have experience working either with vulnerable young people or in a school environment. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the teaching and support teams and will make a contribution to the wider ethos, values and culture of the school.

Working Pattern

37 Hours per week, term time only. Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm Friday 8am-3.30pm

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification and will be subject to the relevant pre-employment checks which will, where applicable, include a health check, an enhanced DBS check, the Children's Barred List check and satisfactory references.
