An early years nursery located in Leigh on Sea is seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join their compassionate team. This full-time position involves identifying and supporting children with special educational needs, implementing Individual Support Plans, and ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice. Salary: Level 6 Scale point 13‑20 (£29,064‑£32,597 FTE)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time 37 hrs per week
