Overview

Inclusion Room Manager – Slough – Full Time

A highly motivated Inclusion Room Manager is required to support an inclusive learning environment, working closely with students, staff, and the Inclusion/SEN team to help every student succeed. The successful candidate will lead the Inclusion Room provision—monitoring behaviour, providing intervention support, liaising with teaching staff, and helping reintegrate students into mainstream lessons.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Inclusion Room and its daily operations.
  • Provide direct support and interventions for students requiring behavioural or learning assistance.
  • Collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams, as well as the SENCO, to monitor progress and reintegration.
  • Maintain accurate records and report to senior leadership.
  • Promote a culture of high expectations, respect, and positive behaviour across the organisation.
Essential Criteria
  • Experience supporting students in behaviour, inclusion, or similar educational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and professional approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
