A leading educational institution in Slough is seeking a motivated Inclusion Room Manager to support an inclusive learning environment. You will oversee the Inclusion Room, provide interventions for students and collaborate with educational teams. Applicants should have experience in behaviour or inclusion support, strong communication skills, and a commitment to equality. This is a full-time, temporary position with a chance for permanence.
Inclusion Room Manager – Slough – Full Time
A highly motivated Inclusion Room Manager is required to support an inclusive learning environment, working closely with students, staff, and the Inclusion/SEN team to help every student succeed. The successful candidate will lead the Inclusion Room provision—monitoring behaviour, providing intervention support, liaising with teaching staff, and helping reintegrate students into mainstream lessons.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
