About this Role

The requirements of the role are such that you need to be extremely well organised, reliable, efficient in dealing with situations as they arise, and have the ability to prioritise workload. You will be expected to lead by example and use initiative. Working with the Inclusion Team to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning focusing specifically on student attendance and behaviour.

You must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work, be able to lead by example and to work on your own initiative. You will be a determined and resilient individual who believes that a culture of excellent behaviour for learning and respect is vital to the progress of our students and key to supporting them in unlocking their full potential. In fulfilling the role, you will be required to deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner.
