NSFT is seeking an Inclusion and Equity Lead to coordinate and deliver transformational inclusion activity across the Trust. This is a pivotal role, focused on improving staff experience for underrepresented groups and embedding inclusive practice in every aspect of our workforce, leadership, and service delivery.
