Responsibilities
  • Offer confidential counselling and emotional support to clients affected by traumatic incidents
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
  • Collaborate with external agencies and support networks as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when required
  • Contribute to the development of trauma support programs and initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
  • Recognised qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Proven experience in trauma and incident counselling
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
