Platinum Travel Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking DMC to recruit an experienced Inbound Travel Business Development & Quotation Executive. The role is hybrid, with focus on developing the brand in the USA, Nordics and DACH markets, and delivering compelling group quotes from the UK and Scotland.

You will build strong client and supplier relationships, identify key wins, and create competitive offers while negotiating hotel placements to protect margins.

Qualifications

• BD experience within a DMC, including quoting and winning business.
• English fluency; a second European language is ideal but not required.
• Experience within an inbound travel operator and group quoting.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Familiarity with Tourplan is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build proactive relationships to create opportunities for the USA, Nordics and DACH markets.
• Quote groups visiting the UK/Scotland with competitive, timely offers.
• Nurture relationships with clients, suppliers and team members.
• Identify potential wins and tailor products and prices to clients.
• Coordinate group placements in hotels, negotiating to maximize margins without compromising quality.
• Monitor competitors to inform strategy and offers.
