Job summary

EE in Doncaster is recruiting Sales Advisors to join a busy contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best mobile, broadband and tech deals.

We’re looking for people who listen well and talk confidently, who enjoy solving problems. There are targets, but the role is about helping customers choose products they want.

Responsibilities

• Join a lively sales team in our Doncaster contact centre.
• Train to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the different tech products we sell.
• Be a great listener as well as a fluent talker to match customers with the perfect product.
• There are targets to hit and a competitive environment, but not through cold calling.
